At Archstone, we approach the interior construction process as a journey from vision to reality. We know that we are creating more than just a work or living environment; we are creating opportunities for relationships to be built, moods to be set, stories to be written and lessons to be learned. We make it our business to grasp your ideas, understand your business and find a way to get the best results. On every project we make it our mission to understand not only how the space should be built, but also to understand why.
When it comes to core & shell building projects, our professionals understand the importance of pre-construction planning. Working out the details up front will ensure smoother job-site execution, which means faster occupancy, fewer problems and costs remaining within budget. We believe that our attention to detail is what sets us apart from other builders. Our watchful eye enables us to deliver a building out of the ground that fits all your specific needs and helps to assure your continued success.
We know what it takes to give new life to older buildings. Working within the existing shell of a building we can install new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems to realize our client's vision for functionality, operability, and aesthetics. Archstone professionals are skilled in the logistics of these complicated projects, such as working with Con Edison to bring electrical service to the building and scheduling crane lifts to transport new infrastructure equipment to the roof. Regardless of size, we approach each building repositioning project with the same commitment to safety, budget, schedule management and quality control.
