Senior Project Manager
Position: Senior Project Manager, New York, NY Job description: Manage and coordinate residential and commercial construction of projects from the conceptual development stage through final construction. Coordinate and confer with owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. Perform construction schedule development and coordinate all construction phases, including the hiring and overseeing of subcontractors. Prepare periodic cost tracking reports. Assist in the development of schematic design and plan. Obtain all necessary permits and ensure compliance of all building, health and safety codes and regulations. Electrical Engineer
Position: Electrical Engineer, New York, NY Job description: MEP Project Superintendent / Assistant MEP Project Manager for large New York City ground-up and major gut renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, is highly organized, detail oriented, able to effectively communicate within a team environment, and work tirelessly to resolve open items prior to resulting in schedule impact. Qualifications required for consideration include: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, three to four years of Mechanical or Electrical Systems design experience, with hands-on experience in the coordination of MEP trades and design conflict resolution with existing conditions. EIT, PE, and / or LEEP-AP credentials, as well as proven track record in managing others preferable.
