Manage and coordinate residential and commercial construction of projects from the conceptual development stage through final construction. Coordinate and confer with owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. Perform construction schedule development and coordinate all construction phases, including the hiring and overseeing of subcontractors. Prepare periodic cost tracking reports. Assist in the development of schematic design and plan. Obtain all necessary permits and ensure compliance of all building, health and safety codes and regulations.
5 years’ minimum experience as a Project Manager.
New York construction experience.
