David’s background in the construction industry spans over 35 years. He joined Archstone Builders in 2012 as Managing Director and under his leadership he has steered an aggressive expansion of Archstone’s client base in all major market sectors. Today, he is responsible for executive project oversight, project acquisition, and business growth in multiple markets. Dave has been privileged to service and oversee some of the most high profile, complex construction projects in the tristate area. The clients consist of influential and well known organization such as Apple, L’Oréal, Cartier, Meringoff Properties, and Related Companies.
Joe is a construction professional with over 25 years of experience working in the AEC industry in the USA, Europe, and Asia. He has earned multiple engineering degrees (civil, structural, and wastewater) from the University of Abertay, Scotland, and Cork Institute of Technology. He is also a member of the Institute of Engineers Ireland. Throughout his career he has managed an elite portfolio of short, mid, and long-term construction projects. Joe effectively communicates with the project team, client, and consultants to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and schedule. Combined with hands on experience in construction administration, engineering, and site supervision, Joe has development and implemented a successful in-house quality audit program which monitors contractor corrective actions and ensures a quality project conforming to plans and specifications.
Mark has expert level experience with reading construction documents performing quantity take-offs and cost estimating. He possesses extensive knowledge of construction trades including MEP systems which aids in conducting constructability reviews with the entire project team.
Terence is well-versed in all construction delivery methods and procedures. Terence’s role as the Project Manager is to collaborate with the Client, architect, engineer and other consultants to insure that the project is delivered on time according to construction documents and without exceeding budget. He has an in depth familiarity with NYC building codes, FDNY and DOT regulations. Terence is a seasoned construction professional and an asset to the project team.
Robert has over 25 years of experience working in the AEC industry. Recently completed projects include; Watchtower Development Project which consisted of 750,000 sf of commercial and retail space, along with the 140 West Street Development which consisted of 750,000 sf of residential condo’s, amenities and retail while working within an occupied building. His role encompasses the coordination of field staff activities and providing exceptional service to the client and team of consultants.
Denis is a Project Management expert with hands on experience running the construction process from start to finish. He is a clear communicator and a true team player able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and peers. As an experienced Project Manager, Denis is capable of analyzing problems as they arise and strategizing for better solutions.
