Edrington Americas, an offshoot of the Scottish liquor brand of the same name, has taken its rightful place in Manhattan’s Flatiron District with a newly constructed corporate office. Building off the previous space, the interior design takes advantage of the large windows, high ceilings, and ample natural light as a result.

The Edrington office features a considered combination of open-floor workstations and private offices, with exposed ductwork throughout the building. Employees will also find a fully stocked bar for large and small events, plus artwork, games, and televisions throughout to encourage collaboration and innovation. From a technical standpoint, our team also performed significant infrastructural modernization, including supplemental HVAC systems.
